The CALAF GROUP received on April the 4th a visit of 22 students and three lecturers from the Milà i Fontanals Polytechnic High School of Igualada (Barcelona, Spain). The visitors were mostly industrial and electronic design students, very much motivated by the LIFE PST SORT project and its demonstration plant which was recently started up by CALAF. They were guided by the project manager, Rodrigo Verbal, and their lecturer Montserrat Carbonell. This visit is part of the dissemination programme being carried out by the company. Visitors showed great interest in the automated solutions for the recovery of recyclable materials from ELVs.
